The version of the Tapperware application you have (how can I tell?)
The version of the Palm OS® (how can I tell?) or Windows Mobile / Pocket PC (how can I tell?) running on your handheld
The exact text of the error message you are getting (if any)

For desktop application issues:

Whether you are using a PC or a Macintosh
The version of Windows or the Mac OS you have installed
