List of Items
The name of each item is displayed, along with its inventory number, if any. Tapping the INV# button lets you find an item by the inventory number you assigned to it.
ID Tab
The ID Tab shows information related to identifying this item.
Value Tab
The Value Tab displays all information relative to the value of the item.
History Tab
The History Tab shows the person from whom the item was obtained and to whom it is willed upon the death of the current owner.
Details Tab
The Details Tab is lets you enter additional information related to the item. Tapping on any of the 4 buttons allows you to enter up to 1k of text for that item.
Text Edit
This is the screen used to edit long text fields, including the item's description, accessories, restoration, and other comments.
Totals
The Totals screen displays totals of the issued, purchased, and appraised values of all the items in the database as well as the number of items. |
