Information
Provenance lets you store information related to each item in your collection, divided into the following sections: Identification, Value, and History. In addition, a Details section lets you record up to 1k of information about an item's Description, Accessories, and Restoration. There is also a comments section that can also hold up to 1k of data.

Growth
The amount of data you can enter into Provenance is limited only by the amount of available memory. To stay organized, your collection can be divided into categories in whatever way makes the most sense for you.

Find Function
A Find function in Provenance lets you quickly located any item by its inventory number.

Collection
Provenance can display a totals page which lists the number of items in your collection, as well as the sum of the issued, purchased, and appraised values of all items, or only those items in a single category.
