Day
Tapping on a period displays the lesson plan entry for that period. Tapping on a day selector (top right) switches to that day in the current week. Use the Find and Find Again buttons to quickly locate a specific lesson plan entry by keyword.
Lesson Plan
Use the up and down arrows to switch to the previous and next period in the current day. Use the left and right arrows to switch to the previous and next time the same class meets, even if it's during a different period on a different day.
School Days
Checkboxes allow you to select the days of the week during which classes are taught at your school.
Periods
This screen is where you set the start- and end-times for the periods at your school.
Classes
Here you can enter a list of the classes that you teach.
Schedule
This screen lets you select the class you teach for each day and period. Only days you have set as school days are displayed. Switch to a different day by tapping on it in the top right corner.
Edit Template
Commonly-used text can be saved as a template, which can then be quickly inserted into any lesson plan.
Class Summary
A summary of all lesson plans for a class are displayed. Tapping on a lesson plan lets you edit it. |
